Why does my business need a website?
For the majority of people the internet is their first port of call when looking for products, services and businesses. Having and online presence adds credibility to your business and allows your clients/customers to find your contact details.
What happens after my first year?
£99 Covers the single page website design and setup, you also get a free .co.uk domain name and includes a years free hosting. After your first year you will need to renew your hosting (£30 per year), you will be contacted with 2 weeks notice, if we have no instruction to renew your single page website after each year your website will be removed from our servers and your domain name will be left to expire.
Why do i need to pay a deposit?
A deposit of £20 is required to secure your Single Page Website confirming your certainty of the service. Deposits are none refundable.
Can i make changes to the content of my website?
Up to 3 changes are allowed per year, your 4th change and beyond will be charged at £10 per change.
What if my business grows and i need a bigger website?
If your website needs to grow to reflect the way your business has grown you can have additional pages added at any time. Extra pages are £45 per page. Alternatively, if you need to incorporate an online shop or would like to be able to update your own content a CMS (content management system) can be implemented, please contact us to discuss your requirements and a quote will be formulated for your requirements.
I have no images or logo, what do i do now?
Don't worry, we can arrange for Colt Design to chat with you about logo design and branding. High quality images can be found at istock.com, we will be happy to purchase any images on your behalf (there is an additional charge of £5 per image)
Will extra pages add an extra cost to my yearly renewal?
No. Your yearly renewal price is £30 regardless of the amount of pages or the size of your website.
What if i want a .com or anything other than a free .co.uk?
If you would like a different domain extension such as a .com these will be charged at their regular cost and will incur an additional yearly renewal charge.
I already have a domain name, can i still use this with my Single Page Website?
Yes, you can either change your domain to our named servers (you will still have to pay for your own renewal on this domain with the company who host it). Alternatively you can forward the domain to the free domain you arrange with morehosting.co.uk.
How do i pay?
You can pay via paypal (a paypal invoice will be sent to your email address), by cheque, or BACS.
